    Ingredients to make Aloo Besan Sabzi:

    4 tsp besan flour, 1 boiled & chopped Potato, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 2 tsp oil, salt to taste

    Steps to Make Aloo Besan Sabzi:

    1. Take besan flour and a cup of water, mix well and keep aside.

    2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds. When it is slightly roasted, add chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes.

    3. Add ginger and turmeric powder, and fry for a minute. Add tomatoes and potatoes, and two cups of water, and boil for 5 minutes

    4. Add the besan batter slowly and add salt to taste. Simmer for 10 mins. Serve hot.
