Aloo ki Bhajiya is a tasty meal for kids and elder people as well and it is very easy to prepare. You can serve it with poori, roti or parantha at any given time during the day.

    Ingredients to make Aloo Ki Bhajiya:

    4 large potatoes, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1-2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp methi dana, ½ tsp amchoor, ½ tsp turmeric powder, mustard oil for cooking, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Aloo Ki Bhajiya:

    1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Now wash them in clean water.

    2. Heat oil in a pan and add methi dana and garlic paste to it.

    3. Now add chopped green chilies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.

    4. Now add slit potatoes and let them cook on a low flame till they turn golden brown in color.

    Add amchoor powder and garnish it with coriander leaves.
