A perfectly fried Aloo Pakora snack will treat your hunger in few minutes. Made with potato, this snack is good to help in gaining weight. These aloo pakoras are very easy and quick to make, and are loaded with healthy fats and vitamin C.

2 large potatoes, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 cup gram flour (besan), 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala, turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp carom seeds, salt as needed, oil for frying.
1. Wash, peel and slice potatoes. Keep them in water until used.
2. Make batter of gram flour, rice flour, garam masala, carom seeds, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and enough water.
3. Heat the oil in large kadhai over medium flame. Dip the sliced potatoes in batter and carefully place into the hot oil.
4. Deep fry the aloo pakora until golden brown. Once done, remove and drain the excess oil.
These bite-sized Aloo Pakora taste the best when paired with coriander and tamarind chutney.
