Aloo Toast

Aloo Toast is the yummiest toast, stuffed with boiled potatoes, onion, and perked with little spices. This toast is an irresistible breakfast or snack dish, with lots of carbohydrates.

    Ingredients to make Aloo Toast:

    4 whole wheat bread slices, 2 boiled nd mashed potatoes, 1 onion chopped, coriander leaves, salt to taste, green chillies chopped, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chilli powder, butter

    Steps to make Aloo toast:

    1. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add onion, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala, red chilli, green chilli and mix well.

    2. Spread the mixture on bread slices and cover with another.

    3. Heat griddle and grease with butter. Apply some butter on bread slices too.

    4. Grill the sandwiches from both sides. Serve yummy Aloo Toast with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
