    Ingredients to make Alu Bharta:

    Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 5, mustard oil 2 tbsp, cumin seeds 1 tsp, garlic chopped ½ tsp, spring onions chopped 2 tsp, salt to taste

    Steps to make Alu Bharta:

    1. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds, garlic and spring onions and sauté for a minute. Allow to cool.

    2. In a bowl mix mashed potatoes with salt. Add the tempering and mix well. Serve with puris.
