    Ingredients to make Ambeda Khatta Mitha:

    250 gm ambeda, 200 gm gur, 1 tsp panchphutan, 2 dry chiles, 2 bay leaves, 2 curry leaves, 1 spoon mustard oil, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 pinch hing, salt

    Steps to make Ambeda Khatta Mitha:

    1. Slice the ambeda. Take a pan, add water. Boil the slices and then remove them from the pan.

    2. Heat oil in a pan. Add hing, curry leaf, dry chili, bay leaf. After frying, add the boiled ambeda, salt, and turmeric powder.

    3. Add the gur. Cook and then remove from flame.

    Serve this dish alongside main course meals or as it is.
