Whether it is breakfast, lunch or even dinner, this broccoli parathas is a must. Easy to be prepared at home, this paratha can be made using whole-wheat flour, which is good and with broccoli- a super-food green vegetable.

Steps
1. Cut broccoli into florets. Add 10 florets to boiling water and let it soften. Now, grind it to make a paste with turmeric, garlic, garam masala and chillies.
2. Add wheat, onion, salt to a bowl. Knead it and add the broccoli mix to the same.
3. Now, prepare the dough for paratha. Roll out each ball to prepare chapattis.
Mixing broccoli to the dough beforehand makes it easy to roll, doesn’t require much oil to cook and spreads the goodness evenly. Remember to cook it till both sides are brown.
