Rabdi is a sweet dish made from milk. By adding grated apple, you can prepare Apple Rabdi. This not only adds to the flavour but also aids in thickening the rabdi sooner. This sweet delicacy is further flavoured with aromatic spices like cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Full of calcium, vitamin C, and dietary fibre, this Apple Rabdi is a lipsmacking treat.

3 cups milk, 2.5 tbsp sugar, 2 apples, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder
1. In a vessel, pour full fat milk and cook on medium flame for about half an hour till the mixture reduces to half. Keep stirring.
2. Add sugar and grated apple and cook further for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Finally, add cardamom and nutmeg powder.
4. That’s it. Delicious sweet apple rabdi is all ready. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
You can have it and serve it just like that or put a dollop on top of hot malpua. Enjoy!
