Nothing beats a homemade jam recipe that too made from apricots. Apricot is an one of the nutritious fruit which can be added to your food as it is high in iron, betacarotene, lycopene, vitamin C, and high dietary fiber, etc.

    Ingredients to make Apricot Jam:

    1 kg apricots ,1 tbsp lemon juice, and 2½ white sugar

    Steps to make Apricot Jam:

    1. Wash apricots with clean water, cut in half and remove the seeds.

    2. Chop the apricots roughly.

    3. Take a pan and add apricots, sugar, lemon Juice and stir it well over medium flame for about 15-20mins or untill the jam thickens.

    4. Remove from the heat and fill the jam in a sterilised jar.

    Serve it with bread/paranthas.
