Prepare this healthy and hearty arabian chicken stew to fulfill the needs of protien and other vital nutrients in your diet. It tastes really delicious and simple easy to prepare.

250gm chicken, 1 tbsp oil, 1/4th cup chopped potato, 1/4th cup chopped onion, 1/4th cup chopped carrot, 1/4th cup chopped beans, 1 large blanched tomato, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp cumin seeds, salt as per taste, handful of coriander leaves.
1. Puree the blanched tomato.
2. Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds and splutter. Add onion and saute until transparent.
3. Add the chicken pieces and salt and saute for about 10-15 minutes from both sides.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add the vegetable pieces; cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes on medium low flame.
5. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add enough hot water and cook until oil floats on top.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Serve it with chapati or rice or give it like soup in evening.
