Aromatic Red Rice Pulao

Feed with a fiber-rich diet in the form of Red Rice Pulao. This is a yummy dish which can be prepared within no time. The ingredients required are red rice, chopped vegetables (carrot, capsicum, beans and peas), onion, tomatoes, salt, oil and raw peanuts.

    Steps:

    1. You need to soak the red rice for at least 3-4 hours. Heat oil in a pan and add raw peanuts. Fry them and keep them aside.

    2. The next step is to heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan again and add mustard seeds. Add some chopped onions and fry it.

    3. Now add chopped tomatoes and other veggies along with salt and turmeric.

    4. Add red rice to it and 1 cup of water. Cook this mixture until water dries off and the vegetables are properly cooked.
