    Ingredients to make Ash Gourd Halwa:

    Ash gourd (grated), milk, water, jaggery, milk, almonds, cashew

    Steps to make Ash Gourd Halwa:

    1. Boil milk in a vessel, add grated ash gourd to it and cook for 15 minutes on low flame. Add water to make the mixture thin.

    2. Melt jaggery in a pan and keep aside.

    3. Add the jaggery syrup once the milk mixture is cool, stir continuously.

    Add chopped almonds, cashews, and serve.
