Poha or flattened rice is a very healthy grain. It is loaded with protein and iron and is very easy to digest and prepare. This dosa recipe will be a good variation from the normal dosa and you will surely love its taste!

    Ingredients to make Avalakki Dosa:

    Rice, poha, dal, water, oil

    Steps to make Avalakki Dosa:

    1. Soak rice and poha together overnight. Also soak the dal separately.

    2. Grind the soaked ingredients to make a smooth batter.

    3. Grease a hot tawa with oil, pour a ladle of batter and make the dosas till golden color comes to surface.

    Serve hot with chutney, sambhar or curry of your choice.
