This Awesome Anjeer Delight is rich in calcium and Vitamin C, which is very healthy since calcium helps with bone strengthening and vitamin C boosts immunity.

100gm dry fig, a few China grass, 2 tbsp cardamom powder, ½ cup sugar, 2 cups water, 2 cups milk, a few saffron strands
1. Soak the dry anjeer in milk for 2 hours till they become soft.
2. Heat non-stick pan and add the soaked anjeer. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
3. Mix all the ingredients.
4. Pour the anjeer mixture into a greased plate and let it cool.
Cut into desired shape and serve.
