Baadi is a very popular dish in Uttranchal, and is made from Kwada ka aata, also known as choon or mandua flour, and is black in colour. It is best eaten with Gahat ki Daal, and served hot

Ingredients to make Baadi:
Kwada ka atta - 2.5 cups, ghee - 1-2 tsp, water-as required
Steps to make Baadi:
1. Boil some water in a pan.
2. Mix Kwada ka atta in water and mix properly so as to avoid formation of any lumps and cook for 2 minutes or so.
Add ghee to it and serve hot.
