Bael ka Murabba is a unique preserve or jam made with the goodness of wood apple, cardamom, sugar, and lemon juice. It is perfect to serve its nutrients to your child. Bael is rich in vitamin C and fibre and offers relief from constipation.

    Ingredients to make Bael ka Murabba:

    2 Bael fruit, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom seeds powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice

    Steps to make Bael ka Murabba:

    1. Peel and take out the pulp of bael fruit.

    2. Discard the pips and immerse in water for 3-4 hours. Drain out the water and dry for 2hours.

    3. Prepare sugar syrup by cooking sugar with 1 cup water on medium heat. Add cardamom powder.

    4. Add bael fruit pulp and cook it on low flame till it turns brown. Remove from fire.

    5. Add lemon juice and mix well.

    Cool it and preserve it in air tight container for later use.
