Racking your brains for a tasty snack recipe? Try our recipe for Baked Buttons. Mushrooms are packed with nutrients, such as, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin C and fibre.

7-8 button mushrooms scrubbed and stems trimmed, 2 tbsp butter, 3 garlic cloves crushed, salt to taste
1. Melt the butter and add garlic and salt.
2. Toss the mushrooms in the butter and spread on a baking tray.
3. Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
