    Ingredients to make Baked Fish Pakora:

    4 fish fillets cut into cubes, ½ teaspoon garlic paste, 1/4 cup besan, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ginger paste, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 cup bread crumbs

    Steps to make Baked Fish Pakora:

    1. Marinate the fish in lime juice, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 min.

    2. In a bowl, add gram flour, water, and salt. Mix to form a thick batter.

    3. Dip fish pieces in gram flour mixture and then into bread crumbs.

    4. Place the fish on a baking sheet and spray with oil. Bake at 220C for 12 to 15 minutes and serve immediately with mint chutney.
