Baked Khajoor is a delicious spiced Indian cookie, which is a good source of carbohydrates and very handy whenever you feel hungry. This snack can be stored in a dry airtight container retaining its freshness for 2-3 days. It is perfect to carry for a picnic or during travel.

1 cup maida, ½ cup rava, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp oil, 3/4 cup milk, oil for deep frying
1. In a mixing bowl, add maida, rava, baking soda and sugar. Add 2 tsp oil and mix gently until you get coarse crumbs.
2. Now add milk slowly and knead the dough gently till you get a thick and firm dough.
3. Cover the dough. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
4. Roll the dough and using knife cut criss cross (diamond shape).
5. In a kadai, pour oil. Once heated, add the baked khajoor one by one and deep fry till they turn crisp and golden brown.
Yummy Baked Khajoor is ready to be devoured by you.
