    Ingredients to make Banana Blueberry Pancake:

    2 tablespoons whole wheat flour, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 large egg lightly beaten, 1 cup milk, 3 medium ripe bananas mashed, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 ½ cup blueberries

    Steps to make Banana Blueberry Pancake:

    1. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg, milk, bananas, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

    2. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a hot pan coated with cooking spray or butter. Sprinkle with blueberries. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second side is golden brown.

    Hot pancakes are ready. Serve with syrup and sliced bananas if desired.
