Buns are healthy snack time item when prepared with bananas, wheat flour, and rice flour. These are very soft and can be easily chewable by your little one too.

4-5 bananas, 1 cup rice flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup jaggery, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup water, oil for frying
1. Mash the bananas. Add these mashed bananas in a pan, add grated jaggery, 1 cup water and cook on medium flame. Keep stirring.
2. Add a pinch of cardamom powder to this mixture and mix well. Turn off the flame when boiled.
3. Sieve together wheat flour and rice flour along with a pinch of salt.
4. Add the seived flour mixture to jaggery solution and stir well to avoid lumps. Turn o the flame again and cook for a while.
5. Cool and then knead it into a dough using a little oil if required.
