These crepes are easy to make and could be one of your favorite snacks or breakfast recipe. These banana crepes are loaded with fiber, which is gut-friendly and helps in easy digestion. Cashews in the recipe are packed with Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 and essential fats, which are needed for growth and development of the body.

Bananas-100gms, cashews -20gms, wheat flour -60gms, oil -5 ml, sugar -10 gms
1. Mash the bananas in the blender.
2. In a bowl, add mashed bananas, small chopped cashews, and powdered sugar, and mix thoroughly.
3. To the mixture, add wheat flour, and mix thoroughly to the desired batter consistency, no lumps should be formed.
4. Pour the batter into the heated pan and swirl it add little oil and cook on both sides.
Serve this delicious mouth-watering banana crepes.
