Banana Jam

Extremely delicious and nutritious recipe is here for you to try for your kiddo. It is extremely easy to make with only 3 ingredients. Banana is easy to digest, controls diarrhea, treats constipation, helps in reducing skin inflammation etc. Bananas are rich in nutrients such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron and phosphorous.

    Ingredients to make Banana Jam:

    3 ripe bananas, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Steps to make Banana Jam:

    1. Mash the bananas and place into the bowl. Add Sugar and Lemon Juice and mix it well.

    2. Cook on high flame until you have a strong rolling bowl, then reduce the flame to low and let the jam cook for around 30 minutes

    3. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely. It will thicken up as it gets cooled.

    4. Store the jam jar in the fridge.

    Serve it to your kiddo on toast.
