At this age, your child needs a good company of vegetables with every meal. This Beetroot and Coconut Sabzi is not only scrumptious, but it is also loaded with nutrients like carbohydrates, potassium, and vitamin C.

    Ingredients to make Beetroot and Coconut Sabzi:

    1 cup grated beetroot, 1/4 cup grated coconut, 5 crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 5 curry leaves, salt to taste

    Steps to make Beetroot and Coconut Sabzi:

    1. Combine the coconut, garlic, and turmeric powder, mix well and keep aside.

    2. Heat oil, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal and sauté for a few seconds.

    3. Add the beetroot and salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    4. Add the coconut-garlic mixture and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. Serve hot.
