Do you want to make your child eat healthy beetroot without creating any fuss? Then try this Beetroot Jelly recipe that your child will definitely love. Beetroot is rich in antioxidants, iron, vitamin C, and helps boost your child's immunity.

5-6 beetroots, 3 cups water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, ½ packet dry pectin, 3 cups sugar
1. Peel beetroots and simmer in water for 20 minutes.
2. When beets are tender strain off liquid measuring approx 2 cups of beet juice. Collect it a large pan.
3. Add lemon juice and pectin and mix well.
4. Bring this mixture to rolling boil. Add sugar and boil again.
5. Remove from heat and pour the mixture in moulds.
6. When it comes to room temperature, keep this in refrigerator till it sets.
Serve the Beetroot Jelly to your child cold and fresh.
