    Ingredients to make Ber ki Chutney:

    15 green ber/Indian plum, ½ cup chopped fresh mint, 3/4 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp salt ,1.5 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 5 cashews, 2 tsp chopped green chiles, and a pinch of asafoetida

    Steps to make Ber ki Chutney:

    1. Wash and destone the plum and chop into medium size pieces.

    2. Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar with 3-4 tbsps. of water and grind to make a fine paste.

    3. Take out in a bowl and refrigerate it.

    Serve with rotis, parathas, or bread.
