    Ingredients to make Besan Cheela:

    1 cup besan, 1 tsp carom seeds, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 onion chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 1 tsp grated ginger, coriander leaves, water to make batter, salt as needed, oil, green chillies(optional)

    Steps to make Besan Cheela:

    1. Take besan, turmeric powder, carom seeds, garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix well.

    2. Now add chopped onion, tomato, grated ginger, coriander leaves. Mix well so that besan coated all the veggies.

    3. Add little water at a time and make lump free batter. Keep whisking the batter to avoid any lumps.

    4. Heat tawa, add 1 tbsp oil. Pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread it to make round shape pancake.

    5. Let the cheela cook on one side. Drizzle some oil on edges and top and flip the cheela. Cook from another side.

    Once done, remove from tawa and serve hot with green chutney.
