Besan Ladoo has been a part of traditional Indian Kitchen since a long time and the benefits of gramflour is not unknown to us. Gram Flour being rich in iron and potassium is surely good for our little ones

2 cups - gramflour, 2/3 cup - ghee, 1 cup - grounded sugar, 1- 2 tsp - cashews and raisins
1. Heat a pan and roast the gramflour in low flame for around 10-12 minutes
2. Keep stirring so that the besan does not burn or even turn brown.
3. Now add the melted ghee and continously keep on stirring for 5-6 minutes more.
4. Slowly you will notice a nutty fragrance and the ghee will start getting seperated from the mixture.
5. Now switch off the flame and allow it to cool for few minutes and then add powdered sugar.
6. Mix properly so that no lumps are formed, also add cashews and raisins.
After having it cooled down to room temperature, make small ladoos and store them in an air tight container.
