You can prepare a delicious mixed vegetable side dish called Bhaja Santula. This veggie rich dish provides nutrients like iron, magnesium, vitamin E, C, and carbohydrates.

¼ pumpkin, 1 potato, 1 brinjal, 2-3 beans, 1 green banana, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, salt as required
1. Wash and cut all the veggies into cubes.
2. In a kadai, put oil. Once the oil is warm, put all the diced vegetables. Give a good mix and put turmeric powder and salt.
3. Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender.
Healthy and tasty Bhaja Santula is ready. Serve with phulkas.
