Bhang ki Chutney

This is a mouthwatering sour chutney made up from bhaang seeds and cumin seeds served along with many snacks. It is quite famous in Uttrakhand and is a perfect dip for a number of dishes.

    Ingredients to make Bhang ki Chutney:

    1/4 th cup bhang seeds, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 lemon, salt to taste, 2-3 red chiles

    Steps to make Bhang ki Chutney:

    1. Roast bhang seeds and cumin seeds separately.

    2. Grind red chiles, cumin seeds and bhang seeds in grinder. Add little water to make a fine paste.

    3. Add salt and lemon as per taste.

    Serve along with snacks.
