You can make a delicious spicy savoury snack, Bikaneri Bhujia, which has all the goodness of moath beans and Bengal gram flour, both good sources of protein. Flavour the snack with cardamom, ground black pepper and cardamom powder and the snack tastes yum.

½ cup moath beans flour, ½ cup Bengal gram flour, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 1.5 tsp ground black pepper, ¼ tsp asafoetida, salt to taste, oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Add water little by little and knead to a soft dough.
2. In a kadai, pour oil for frying the sev.
3. Fill a roll of the dough into the sev press. Gently press the sev strands into the oil and deep fry. Put the sev on an absorbent paper.
4. Once the sev is cooled, crush them lightly and crunchy Bikaneri Bhujia is ready.
You can repeat the process for the remaining dough. Enjoy and devour this crisp, mild spiced, tasty snack.
