Bindekai Huli is a simple and healthy sambhar recipe made with okra, curd, and besan, is just delicious to serve on your kid's plate. It is rich in protein, anti-oxidants, vitamins and fibre.

15-20 okra washed and cut into pieces, 1 tbsp besan, 2 cups curd, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 small onion chopped, 1 tomato chopped, 1 inch ginger piece, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, coriander leaves, oil, water
1. In a blender, add curd, grated coconut, ginger, besan, salt, coriander leaves and blend well.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter. Add onion and suate it for a while.
3. Add tomatoes, turmeic powder and saute them. Now add okra pieces and mix well. Add little salt.
4. Fry for about 5 minutes. Pour the beaten curd and besan mixture into the wolk.
5. Bring it to boil and then remove from flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve this hot okra sambhar with rice.
