Do you want to prepare burgers at home? This is pretty simple and easy to make and it is highly nutritious with black beans, which has a good source of folate, copper and dietary fiber.

1 cup cooked black eyed beans, ½ cup sweet corn, 1 egg, 1 tsp. olive oil, 2 buns, 1 tbsp. of butter and cheese, ½ tsp. of pepper powder and salt to taste
1. Sauté black eyed beans and corn with oil in a pan. Add egg, cheese, pepper and salt.
2. Cook till the egg is done and switch off. Make small patties from it.
3. Cut the buns into 2 halves and butter both the sides and keep patty inside the 2 halves and your burger is ready.
Serve all with your home made burger.
