A must try tasty and nutritious recipe, which is so easy to make only with three ingredients. Blueberries are powerhouses of energy and nutrients. They are a great source of vitamins, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

4 cup blueberries, 1 cup white sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice
1. Wash blueberries with clean water and rinse well. You can mash the berries with the masher.
2. Now mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook it on medium flame. Let the berries melt with the sugar while stirring constantly. You can mash the berries with the masher.
3. The berries will start boiling. Boil it until the mixture gets thickened.
4. Once it reaches the jam like consistency remove from the heat and fill the jam in a sterilised jar.
It is ready. Serve it with bread/pancakes and relish it.
