Sandwiches are always a proper comfort food. It is also an interesting way to feed veggies. You can serve various options in terms of flavours and nutrition. In this recipe we are using whole wheat bread and coriander leaves, so it is helpful in easing constipation and building immunity.

    Ingredients to make Bombay Tiffin Sandwich:

    4 slice brown bread, 1 cup coriander leaves, 1/4 cup grated coconut, salt 2 tbsp butter

    Steps to make Bombay Tiffin Sandwich:

    1. First of all, wash coriander leaves in running water.

    2. Now take a grinder and make fine paste by adding coriander leaves, coconut, and salt.

    3. Now take fresh and soft bread slice, apply a layer of butter, then apply layer of prepared chutney.

    4. Then cover with another slice and serve.

    Delicious flavourful sandwich is ready to gulp. You can use all different veggies also.
