    Ingredients to make Bombay Veg Sandwich:

    1 boiled potato sliced into rounds, 1 beetroot boiled and thinly sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 1 onion sliced, 1 capsicum sliced, chaat masala to sprinkle, 4 bread slices, butter, green chutney

    Steps to make Bombay Veg Sandwich:

    1. Butter the bread slices evenly.

    2. Now spread some chutney over the buttered side of both the bread.

    3. Arrange all the veggies on one bread slice; sprinkle chaat masala.

    4. Cover with other bread slice. Apply some butter over it.

    Grill the sandwich before you serve.
