Prepare this North Indian Boondi Raita as a side dish to accompany your child's main course meal. This boondi raita is rich in calcium and tastes delicious.

1 cup yogurt or dahi, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder (optional), 1/4th tsp pepper powder, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, coriander leaves, ½ cup plain boondi, salt as needed.
1. Heat water in a pan and add boondi. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile whisk the yogurt in a bowl.
3. Drain the water from boondi, slightly press the boondi in your palm to removesqueeze excess water from them.
4. Mix boondi in yogurt. Add all mentioned spices.
5. Add salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves.
Serve immediately or chill it before serving.
