Bread Aloo Vada

These instant vadas are so tasty that you can't resist from taking more. It is healthy as it is made from potato, wheat flour bread, and rice flour.

    Ingredients to make Bread Aloo Vada:

    4-5 bread slices, 1 chopped onion, 2-3 biled and mashed potatoes, 4 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1-2 green chillies chopped, salt to taste, oil for frying.

    Steps to make Bread Aloo Vada:

    1. Take mashed potatoes in a deep bowl. Add onions, cumin seeds, green chillies, salt and mix well.

    2. Soak bread slices in water for 5 secs and squeeze out the excess water. Mash these soaked bread in potato mixture.

    3. Prepare a rice flour batter by mixing rice flour with little amount of water. Beat it to avoid any lumps.

    4. Make small balls out of potato bread mixture and dip them in rice flour batter.

    5. Heat oil in skillet and deep fry the bread alu vada till golden and crisp on medium low flame.

    Serve the hot Bread Aloo Vadas with chutney.
