Bread ka Pudding is a very healthy and tasty breakfast recipe which is made with ease and in less time. Children just love this and always eager to have if no matter what time! The dish is a good combo of carbohydrates, fiber, and energy alongside other healthy nutrients.

Slices of bread-6, milk-3 cup, sugar-1/4 cup, corn starch-1/4 cup, butter-½ cup, vanilla extract-½ tsp and brown sugar-1/4
1. Break bread into small pieces and grind it in a grinder.
2. In a large bowl take corn starch, sugar, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter. Whisk them to get asmooth paste.
3. Now add grinded bread and again mix well.
4. Take another bowl and pour melted brown sugar into it to form a thin base then pour the paste over it.
5. Take little water in a pressure cooker and on stand keep the bowl. Steam cook for 20 minutes on medium flame by placing the lid onto it (we don't have to pressure cook it so keep the lid just to cover it).
Turn off the flame and take out delicious bread pudding and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
