This is a popular snack of Arunanchal Pradesh that is made from Amarnath flour. Kids love to eat this yummy snack with milk during evening time.

1 cup Amarnath flour, salt as per your taste, ajwain seeds and some oil
1. Dry roast bungandmo and grind it into flour.
2. Knead flour with salt and ajwain and little water to form a dough.
3. When the dough is ready, make long rolls and then give them a ring shape.
4. Heat oil into a pan and deep fry these rings till they turn golden brown in color.
5. Let them cool down so that they can turn crispy.
Store them in an airtight container and serve with hot tea or milk.
