    Ingredients to make Butter Murukku:

    Rice Flour – 1 cup, besan – 2 tbsp, roasted gram dal– 2 tbsp powdered, salt to taste, asafoetida– 1/4 tsp, butter– 1.5 tbsp, sesame seeds – 1 tsp, water as needed, oil for deep frying

    Steps to make Butter Murukku:

    1. Mix all the ingredients except oil and water. Add water to make a soft dough.

    2. Heat oil for deep frying. Fill the murukku press with the dough and press it out in small circles directly into the hot oil.

    3. Fry till golden. Drain and serve.
