Want to learn a new and tasty breakfast recipe for your little one? Try this recipe for Buttermilk Pancakes, loaded with the goodness of carbohydrates, calcium, and protein.

2 cups all purpose flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 eggs, 2 cups buttermilk, 1 tbsp melted butter, oil for frying
1. In a bowl whisk together the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients - eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
4. Add a Tablespoon of batter to a heated greased frying pan and fry for 2 minutes per side. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
