Capsicum biriyani recipe is here to spice up your palate a little. This bright colored veggie makes the dish colorful and more appealing to your eyes. Capsicum is loaded with nutrients like Vitamin A,C, and K. Vitamin A helps to promote eye health. Vitamin C helps fighting infections and thereby strengthens immune system.

    Ingredients to make Capsicum Biriyani (1 serving):

    Capsicum-50gms, rice -30gms, cooked peas -25gms, onions -25gms, curd-25gms, tomatoes -50gms, ginger & Garlic paste, oil -10 ml salt to taste

    Steps to make Capsicum Biriyani:

    1. In a pressure cooker add oil and add onions and stir well until golden brown

    2. Add ginger garlic paste, peas, green chilies, and capsicum sauté well until soft

    3. Add tomatoes, curd and cook it until soft

    4. Add soaked and washed rice to the mixture and stir well

    5. Add required amounts of water and close the lid of pressure cooker and until 2-3 whistles.

    Serve this yummy Capsicum Biriyani!
