    Ingredients to make Carrot Gojju:

    Carrots, oil, curry leaves, peanut powder, water

    Steps to make Carrot Gojju:

    1. Pressure cook the carrot for 10-15 minutes. Roughly mash it and keep aside.

    2. In 1 spoon of oil add curry leaves and peanut powder, saute for few minutes.

    3. Add mashed carrot, mix well

    Serve hot.
