    Ingredients to make Cashew Tomato Stew:

    4 tomatoes chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/3 cup yogurt, 10-13 cashews, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi, salt to taste

    Steps to make Cashew Tomato Stew:

    1. Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger paste for a few seconds. Add onions and saute till they are translucent.

    2. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the tomatoes start to stew, stirring frequently.

    3. Blend the cashews and yogurt into a smooth paste. Add to the tomato mixture and mix well.

    4. Once the stew starts to thicken, add kasuri methi and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
