Make this super healthy and delicious laddus at the comfort of your home and it will be liked by all during the dessert time. It has that aroma of chana and sweetness of coconut that you will savor for long.

500 gms chana dal, 20 cashews, 500 gms powdered sugar, 3 cardamoms, ½ cup grated coconut, 250 gms ghee, 3 pinch refined camphor
1. Wash the chana dal and soak it in the water for 2 hours.
2. Now drain it and blend in the blender to form a smooth paste.
3. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add cashews. Saute till they turn golden brown in color.
4. Heat ghee in a kadai and add dal mixture to it. Cook until the ghee starts losing the sides and dal turns powdery in texture.
5. Add grated coconut and fried cashews to this paste.
6. Remove from the flame and add cardamom and camphor to this mixture.
Make small balls of the mixture and store in an air-tight jar.
