Chappathi Roll is a healthy snack for your kid, especially for his tiffin at school. He will finish it off in a jiffy. It’s very easy to make. You can prepare chappathi in advance and later prepare the stuffing and make the rolls ready. This item is rich in vitamins and proteins.

Chapati wheat flour, 1 onion, 1 green chili, 1 garlic
1 cup Mixed Vegetables can include:
Beans, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, sweet corn
Other ingredients:
Oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala
1. Prepare the chappathis.
2. In a pan, add mustard seeds , once they splutter, add the onions.
3. Saute the onions till they turn translucent.
4. Add garlic and green chili.
5. Add one cup mixed vegetables.
6. Cook till the vegetables become crunchy. Alternatively you can cook them in cooker if you want soft vegetables.
7. Add the spice powders and mix well.
8. Simmer and cook for some time.
9. Add two tablespoons of the stuffing to the chappathi and roll it firm. Close the sides . It will not leak as it is dry.
Yummy Chappathi Rolls are ready to be relished.
