Bored with a sandwich? Try wraps instead. A wrap or a roll is like a gift as it is easy to make and full of nutrition. Cheese provides calcium, good fats, and protein too. Carrot is full of nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium.

1 wheat chapatti, 4-5 pieces of sliced onions, 4-5 slices of tomato, 2 lettuce leaves, half grated carrot, salt to taste, 2 tbsp cheese
1. Spread some cheese on wheat chapatti.
2. Put the lettuce leaf followed by onion, tomato and carrot.
3. Sprinkle some salt and chat masala (optional)
4. Roll the wrap tightly and seal it with a toothpick.
Serve immediately!
