Cheesy Bell Pepper Paratha

Cheesy Bell Pepper Paratha is a nutritious blend of bell pepper with cheese, which provides fat and wheat flour which contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, D, and E, as well as minerals including iron, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese, and magnesium. It is a healthy and tasty paratha recipe which fits in your breakfast schedule .

    Ingredients to make Cheesy Bell Pepper Paratha:

    Wheat flour-1 cup, olive oil-3/4 cup, salt-to taste, red bell pepper-2 small, cheese-½ cup, cream-1 cup and black pepper-1/4 tsp

    Steps to make Cheesy Bell Pepper Paratha:

    1. Mix the wheat flour and salt together.

    2. Add enough water to make a dough.

    3. Knead it for 5-10 minutes until soft and smooth. Set aside for a period of 10-15 minutes.

    4. While that's resting, chop the bell peppers into very small pieces.

    5. Add powdered black pepper.

    6. Make small balls of the dough. Roll them into asmall circle. Flour them to avoid sticking.

    7. Place some of the filling in the center. Bring the edges together and roll it out into a bigger circle with medium thickness.

    8. Place it on a hot pan, cook for few seconds, drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Cook both sides and add cheese over it along with cream.

    Serve hot.
