1 cup maida, ¼ cup cheese, ¼ cup sugar, ¼ tsp yeast, 1 cup warm water, a pinch of salt, 1 egg beaten, ½ cup milk, 3 tbsp butter
1. Dissolve yeast in 3 tbsp of warm water in a large bowl.
2. After 10 minutes or until the yeast creamy, add milk, beaten egg, salt, sugar, flour and melted butter and blend.
3. Make sure the batter is smooth and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
4. On a flour rolling board, divide the dough into 4 sections and knead each section for about 6 times rotating the dough on a floured surface.
5. Cut each section into 8 pieces and roll them and shape into a crescent and place on a baking sheet and brush them with cheese and bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
